I was a bit miffed that the bar didn't serve alcohol at all! Coffee and soft drinks only. The breakfast selection was underwhelming too. Halal sausage but no bacon or ham? Seriously? our AC decided to quit on us in the middle of the night. We moved rooms, and received zero compensation for the trouble. How generous.

The breakfast had many different options and good quality. The hotel staff was very polite. I used the complimentary coffee voucher upon check-in and this was welcome after a long day. I found the location excellent since it was close to public transportation.

the staff scheduled a shuttle to pick us up at the airport. they arranged our drop off for the following morning. marco's customer service was excellent!!!
the breakfast positioning of glasses and plates was not well planned. they were on very low and hard-to-reach shelves. large jugs of juice were very full and heavy on a tiered stand, so everyone spilled it on the floor.
