a reasonable stay
good location nice staff missing bar breakfast selection
the location is quite convenient. it is next to an underground station. breakfast was also good. the staff was super nice.
the hotel doesn't have a bar with alcohol. i noticed no beer was available.

Adequate but Not Excellent
street noise limited space
The shower pressure was definitely great after a long day of travel (a small victory, I suppose).
The room faced a busy street. The noise was almost unbearable as the windows did little to block it out. I also found the lack of space problematic. It was difficult to open my suitcase without completely blocking the walkway. I would not stay here again if I wanted a restful stay.

AMAZING stay!
clean room large room amazing attitude breakfast option
i LOVED that the room was super clean and large. It had really good soundproofing, i barely heard the city. The BREAKFAST had so many options. The staff's AMAZING attitude stood out to me. i am so happy.
the hotel has a slightly strange smell when you walk inside, though it dissipates quickly.

I was a bit miffed that the bar didn't serve alcohol at all! Coffee and soft drinks only. The breakfast selection was underwhelming too. Halal sausage but no bacon or ham? Seriously? our AC decided to quit on us in the middle of the night. We moved rooms, and received zero compensation for the trouble. How generous.

breakfast options polite staff excellent location
The breakfast had many different options and good quality. The hotel staff was very polite. I used the complimentary coffee voucher upon check-in and this was welcome after a long day. I found the location excellent since it was close to public transportation.

airport shuttle excellent service
the staff scheduled a shuttle to pick us up at the airport. they arranged our drop off for the following morning. marco's customer service was excellent!!!
the breakfast positioning of glasses and plates was not well planned. they were on very low and hard-to-reach shelves. large jugs of juice were very full and heavy on a tiered stand, so everyone spilled it on the floor.
